🚨 FRIDAY ARRIVALS ACCEPTED BEGINNING AT 6:00 AM!

PLEASE READ — IMPORTANT STALL & TIE OUT INFORMATION!

We will NOT be pre-assigning pens or tie outs for this year's Harvest Classic!

🟠 HOW IT WORKS:

1. When you arrive with your animals, head to the barn to check in.
2. Pick up your pen/tie out ID bands.
3. You will receive ONE ID band for EVERY pen or tie out space you have purchased.
4. Select your preferred available pen or tie out location and attach your ID band to claim that space!

✅ YES! YOU CAN SAVE SPACES FOR OTHER EXHIBITORS!

You may pick up another exhibitor's pen/tie out ID bands and attach them to their selected spaces to reserve those spots for them!

🧹 CLEANUP REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ!

🚨 ALL PENS AND TIE OUT SPACES MUST BE 100% CLEAN UPON DEPARTURE!

💰 A $200 FINE will be imposed for any pen or tie out space that is not properly cleaned before leaving the fairgrounds.

⚠️ FEED, TACK & FITTING PENS

If you plan to use an additional pen or space for feed, tack, supplies, or fitting, that space MUST ALSO BE PURCHASED AND PAID FOR!

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in keeping our facilities clean and making the stall assignment process smooth and fair for all exhibitors!

Friday beginning at 6am.  Do not try to line up at the gate prior to 6am, please wait elsewhere as there is no street parking available.  Gates will open promptly at 6am and close nightly at midnight.

We recommend if you want to park with another group/family that you try to arrive together.  Each parking space has room for a truck/trailer and a tent set up along side of it.

YES!  We are sanctioned with CYLA California Youth Livestock Association!  We are approved/sanctioned by PacWest!

This is what is referred to normally as "show out of trailer" meaning you aren't booking a pen or tie out space and will be keeping your animals on your trailer for the weekend and or setting up a fitting space at your trailer.

Yes, commercial heifers will compete for supreme champion.

We have no minimum age limit and allow contestants up to 22 as of January 1, 2026 

All parking will be purchased online at www.Showman.app.  A digital parking pass will be texted/emailed to you to save to your phone to show upon entrance to the facility.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Contestants who are entered in any Saturday or Sunday classes are NOT eligible to compete in Adult Showmanship.

Yes, there are several wash areas located around the fairgrounds around the facility.

 🐮🐷🐑🐐 ANIMAL HEALTH CHECK — HARVEST CLASSIC LIVESTOCK SHOW

The health and safety of ALL animals attending the Harvest Classic is a priority! 🧡

🔎 All livestock will be subject to an animal health check upon arrival and throughout the event.

Please do NOT bring any animal to the show grounds that is displaying signs of illness, including coughing, nasal discharge, fever, diarrhea, contagious skin conditions, or other signs of poor health.

⚠️ Any animal determined to be unhealthy or showing signs of a potentially contagious condition may be subject to on-site quarantine or removal from the grounds.

Please help us protect everyone's livestock by arriving with healthy, show-ready animals.

Yes, pens and cattle tie out spaces can be booked with your entry at www.Showman.app for $25 per pen/tie out.

This is a $50 Trailer Haul In fee due to any trailer arriving to the facility, including vehicles without a trailer but hauling in livestock. 

YES!  Saturday, October 31st we will have a Costume Class with animals!  We also invite families to decorate their trailer/fitting spaces and bring candy to distribute to trick or treat kids!!!  Time TBD. 

YES!  All livestock pens and aisleways need to be stripped clean upon departure, there will be a $200 fine per pen that is left uncleaned, thanks!
